Er beherbergt den Phra Kaeo Morakot (den Smaragd-Buddha), das meistverehrte Buddha-Bildnis des Landes, das aus einem einzigen Block feinster Jade gefertigt wurde. 5. Tha Chang Pier<\/span> ,\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>F\u00fcr viele ist er das Tor zum Gro\u00dfen Palast vom Chao-Phraya-Fluss aus. Der Pier ist eine Haltestelle f\u00fcr zahlreiche F\u00e4hren und Boote entlang des Flusses. Man geht \u00fcber einen Holzsteg, der zu einem kleinen Open-Air-Markt f\u00fchrt. Dort gibt es eine gro\u00dfe Anzahl an Souvenirl\u00e4den, die vom Besucherstrom profitieren. Dies bietet Touristen und Reisenden eine wunderbare Gelegenheit, eine gro\u00dfe Auswahl an thail\u00e4ndischer K\u00fcche bequem zu probieren.<\/em><\/p>\n

6.\u00a0<\/strong>Wat Pho (Reclining Buddha Temple)<\/strong>,<\/span> Einer der beeindruckendsten Tempel in Bangkok \u2013 Wat Pho ist zugleich der \u00e4lteste und gr\u00f6\u00dfte Tempel der Stadt. Er beherbergt \u00fcber 1.000 Buddha-Statuen \u2013 mehr als jeder andere Tempel (Wat) in Thailand.
